Miroslav is regarded as minimal threat to the casino industry. He was unearthed after talking to a Casino manager in a gym unknowingly boasting he could gain an advantage over the casinos. There is no records of him winning any large amounts or in gain over a long period of time.
Howe was only ever recorded winning a large amount at Monte Carlo once for one night. The Francs convert to $190,000 US dollars at the time (1992). He was placed on a list to be monitored from the date listed on the link.
He is not banned from some of the casinos in the UK currently and could still be a potential player, claiming he is still banned as a decoy. He has records of winnings in the UK, but not under this name although we have Video proof that this guy operates under many different aliases.
He was also watched in casinos from 91 to 97 all over Europe.
Several of his devices was linked to a dangerous Russian mafia syndicate playing in Russia and Europe in the 1990's.
No records of him playing in the US.
Maxim Zapliskin of the Ukraine caught in the Tropicana in Budapest did have Howe's computer on his person and made over 20,000 Euros with it over five days. Maxim is an hard act to follow when it comes to advantage play and is also a former Blackjack device player.
Steven Hourmouzis of Genuine winner has no records of winning in any casino and is not on any register.
Laurence Scott also has no records of winning large amounts at the casino, but has made numerous small wins over time that amount to an advantage play.
John Todd of the US holds the record on our books for making money from roulette using biased wheel data. Again, like Howe, he has played under many aliases making these people hard to monitor.

I was offered somthing some time ago from the casinos, although I did not bite, it was built on promises and I would be running with the hares and the hounds.
As I do not live on Promises, I declined and had loyalty that still stands with my purchasers and my device.
I was barred By Auditors checking figures, I was barred under a few different names.
You may have been talking to Mattg about this and he may have filled you in, but the facts remain, I never signed nor agreed to anything with the casinos.
To be honest, I would be suspicious taht it was a red herring, they find out what they need to know and say goodbye!

I am only designer of one of smart systems to predict roulette.

All is positive. Maybe there are some better systems maybe there is not, maybe price is different. But I think my system is good enough and $460 AU is reasonable price. Instead of that he pretends as Bago. Only Mark can do such shallow thinking. What a story, Bago bought used Mark’s computer he publish results. They are good but he misused them so Mark corrects him and now that is proving that Mark’s computer does work.
In that entire story wondering why would someone sell computer for $500 if he is happy with that. Why he didn't return it to Mark for full refund, as Mar is promising to every buyer. Why he would buy it if he knows that it does not work. Most funny thing in all of that is Bagos attitude towards my system.
Double zero if you want to spend $500 for system.
Would you buy Marks’s computer after all reading or would you chose my system that has at least some proven points that it works and it is same price, even cheaper.
All story is only another of sick Mark's ideas.

I did accurate measurements on what he is doing on his demo DVD and guess what, he has inaccurate algorithms.

Your device is not proven Forester, without any device, people can spin the rotor a certain speed, make consistant spins and obtain an edge if they are spinning for themselves.
YOur device needs consistant Rotor velocity,.THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN IN THE REAL CASINOS!
YOu need to be albe to see all numbers and all the track of the wheel, this is near impossible in a real casino enviroment.
Results I got indicate that you could play several areas with your device, after 100 spins is was impossible to locate the exact area to play from Dockers results.
And if it works, why isn't Docker now reporting massive profits from the casino if it is as easy as you claim?
I think you are promoting something here that has not been proven yet in the casino, I also think this is why you do not say who you are, so when the Sh*t hits the fan you can leave your customers hanging.
Just logical observations, nothing more, nothing less!

Forester mark does not have any patents. It is more than likely he couldnt even afford a patent attourney or even know anything about patents. Do a search with the UK patent office. I'm sure you know what a sick deceptive liar mark is. See roulettesystemreviews.com. Mark posted something on gamblers glen saying stefano was panicing about his hearing aids. It looks more like mark was in a panic about stefanos and your device because as far as I know mark's computer is the only one that relies on hearing aids to relay bets. Yours and stefano's doesnt with the exception that stefano's needs the hearing aid for setup as explained at roulettecomputers.com.
If mark makes money from selling books, that is further proof he is nothing anywhere close to what he claims. Mark is so full of shit it boggles the mind. I'm not condoning yours or stefano's device but it is obvious mark is a true fraud and liar. |

He has 100 nick names on this forum. Sometimes he imagines that he is women. He is buying and reselling used items on eBay.
But that is all irrelevant to this forum.
Important is that his computer does not work and that he cheats on people. He did sell few computers but to people that are far away from his location. They tried to get money back, and he refused.

But then you take the time to read in depth about mark and you see he really is that full of shit and most likely sincerely ill. Well he has something to do with management of this forum site.
He removed few of my posts. In few occasions he even logged in with Docker, Arturo, and my name and made posts.
He has no limits, Mark wrote a post in my name as that I am Muslim extremist. Just look here he thinks that I am Mr. Misoslav Oljaca from USA and that all casinos looking for me. Next he thinks that I am from Czech Republic. Apparently he is broke' he works night shift as security, so he is bored. The most interesting is that he went to RSR where his system is reviewed as fraud, to complain about my system but administrator caught his IP address and made laugh of him. Of course Mark used again different name lol.
He is on IGNORE, I do not read or answer his posts.

You think that I am connected with Stefano. Then you think that Stefano owns RSR. And you all the time complain about him but you go and cry to him. This all does not go well together. Make your mind.
My system is good system and you know that, if not now you will know it every day more and more. The problem is that you don't understand how calculation is done. Docker is getting 40% advantage I can get more. The system is not dependent so much of wheel as you think. It showing slight errors if significantly and wheel and entry point is changed. But it is still within predicted sector. That can be adjusted too, but it does not make big problem for me so I do not worry much about it. I am not professional gambler I do not play big money. And system is perfect and so easy to use for what I need.

THE QUEEN v. STEVEN GEORGE HOURMOUZIS
SENTENCE
HIS HONOUR: Steven George Hourmouzis, you have pleaded guilty to two counts of making statements or disseminationing -information that was false in a material particular or materially misleading and likely to induce the purchase of securities by other persons contrary to the Corporations Law. The maximum penalty for those offences is a fine of $20,000 or imprisonment for five years or both.
You have also pleaded guilty to one count of interfering with, interrupting or obstructing the lawful use of a computer contrary to s.76E of the Crimes Act 1914. The maximum penalty for this offence is imprisonment for 10 years.
Count 1:
Between 12.40 a.m. on Saturday 8 May 1999 and 11.21 p.m. on Sunday 9 May 1999, you sent in excess of three million spam Email messages to addresses in Australia, the United States and possibly elsewhere, which addresses were provided to you by an associate. The messages were transmitted through an internet service provider, Mondial Net Pty Ltd following the prior purchase by you of six prepaid internet access kits under false names. You used a computer at your home to transmit the messages and two telephone numbers through Telstra telephone lines to connect with the Mondial facilities. The messages were relayed through nine mail servers who were said by your associate to be suitable but without their knowledge or consent. The text of the message was identical. You composed it. Several different sender names were used, the majority of which were false. The messages concerned a US corporation Rentech Inc, which was listed on the NASdaq Exchange. Among other things the messages said:
"lmminent outstanding company news and profit potential too great to ignore.
Dear Investor, analysts have predicted a plus 900 per cent rise in Rentech stock over the next few months due to recent developments and imminent company news. As Rentech has new superior and patented technology scheduled for release, Rentech stock will only dramatically increase in value and immediate purchase before the promotion of several imminent releases while the stock is barely 50 cents a share, virtually guarantees phenominal profit, possibly plus 900 per cent over the next few months. Careful investigation will indicate our research is accurate and will reveal Rentech's phenominal profit potential. It will generate returns far greater than any other stock or investment programme. As a buying frenzy is anticipated over the next few days, we advise you to act promptly to maximize returns. Sent on behalf of VSP Financial by Growth Successes Strategies."
VSP was a false name and was not an investment adviser, there were no imminent news releases or patent and no recent development. The other words, wherever the message purported to state a fact it was false.
Count 2:
During the same weekend you caused messages to be posted on Internet Bulleton Boards situated in the United States and operated by Yahoo Inc and Raging Bull, both of which companies provided internet services offering financial news to internet users. The messages were identical. Having referred to Rentech, they said:
"This stock is going up once the pending patents are released. YOU would be crazy to sell anything -below $3 in a few months from now. I just bought 20 K shares of Rentech. I have done some close research on these guys."
As previously stated there were no pending patents. Again you composed the message but it would appear your associate assisted by making the Bulletin Board postings.
Count 3:
In sending out the spam Email messages you relayed them through a number of third party servers. That modus operandi was chosen to minimise the risk of detection as it gave the appearance to recipients of the messages, that they had emanated from therelayed servers. It also enabled you to utilise the services of those mail servers to on-send many hundreds of thousands of Emails over a short period of time and saving yourself the cost of doing so. The utilisation of the third party mail servers' facilities in this way resulted in no damage to them but time was lost by them when they had to shut the servers down in order to clear them of the messages. It also gave rise to concern for the reputation of those commercial businesses and concern that someone had gained access to the servers.
It is no coincidence that when the NASdaq opened for trading on Monday 10 May 1999, trading in Rentech shares was approximately 10 times the average daily trading volume and the share price doubled before trading was halted pending an announcement to be made by the company.
Rentech issued a press release denying the statements made in the Email messages. The next day when trading resumed, Rentech shares fell from an opening price of 71 cents per share to a closing price of 31 cents per share. On 5 May 1999, through brokers in Canada, you bought 65,000 shares in Rentech Inc at a limit of 50 cents per share. On 10 May 1999, having seen some messages of complaint and references to someone going to gaol for it, you panicked and instructed your broker to sell the shares. You made a profit of $17,000, $7,000 of which you gave to your associate. The balance you placed in other investments.
It is clear that considerable deliberation, planning, care, skill and sophistication was involved in implementing your plan. As early as 27 April 1999, you sent your associate an Email message which said:
"This is illegal but I like it. Just don't mention anything to anyone about anything until we purchase the stock and always keep our true identity very concealed."
This illustrates that not only were you aware your planned conduct was unlawful but that you wished to proceed with it for personal gain. And that is what eventuated as did steps taken to conceal your identity.
When asked about that message in your record of interview, your answers were evasive and unconvincing. The message also makes it difficult to accept the submission made on your behalf that you had no real understanding of the consequences of your planned action.
As a result of your action, resources, both financial and personal had to be expended to investigate the spam problem, to implement anti spam defences and to deal with complaints. Some of the Internet addresses were blocked for a period, upsetting the ability of those -businesses to communicate. All these matters gave rise to a concern about the negative effect upon their commercial operations. In addition, in relation to the first two counts, your conduct had the potential to result in loss to investors, in loss of investor confidence in the system and in adversely impacting on the integrity of the stock market.
Information technology is now an indispensable part of daily life. It is a powerful tool with global application. When misused, the capacity to misinform, mislead and cause harm is immense. When the misuse is illegal and of the nature which your offending was, you and other users of the Internet have to be aware that the : courts will regard the offences as sufficiently serious as to call for the imposition of a custodial sentence nothwithstanding the absence of prior convictions.
In mitigation a number of matters was relied upon. Firstly, you were co-operative with police in a lengthy record of interview and answered all questions and made admissions. Secondly, you pleaded guilty at what was, in effect, the first opportunity. You are entitled to be dealt with more leniently than 1 would otherwise have been disposed to by reason of that plea and its timing as it saved the time and expense of a potentially lengthy and complex trial. Thirdly, you have no prior convictions. Fourthly, your personal circumstances.
You are a 24 year old single man living with your parents. You have two older brothers. No member of your family has ever been in trouble with the authorities. You have enjoyed a stable life to date and a close relationship with your family. Your upbringing was unremarkable and you completed Year 12 at Doncaster Secondary College. At school you joined the Air Training Corps rising to the rank of sergeant. You later failed to gain selection for the Airforce despite two attempts to do so. You abandoned an applied physics course at RMIT upon finding it did not suit you. You had your own computer from the age of 21 and began exploring the Internet and its possibilities and became interested in marketing concepts and promotions and in 1997 started up your own business, selling educational products including study skill guides and software programmes until 1998 when you became involved in promoting web sites and products and you have worked intermittently as a consultant in that area to date with an irregular income. You are currently engaged in working with a non profit research organisation and the Department of Energy, to promote alternative energy and transportation research.
References from family and friends speak of you as an honest and caring young man and of the offences being out of character and of your having exhibited remorse.
As a result of your conduct in these offences, United States SEC has obtained judgment against you in the District Court of Colorado for about 15,800 US dollars which judgment remains unsatisfied.
The thrust of the submission made on your behalf was that if I were of the view that the offending in this particular case was too serious to be dealt with by anything less than a custodial sentence, then I should take the step of wholly suspending any such sentence. The Crown's response was that the seriousness of the offences called for a custodial sentence, but that having regard to the matters raised in mitigation, a custodial sentence not requiring an immediate term of imprisonment would be within the range.
Thus it falls to me to determine what is an appropriate sentence having regard to all the circumstances, to the matters already referred to, and to the.matters referred to in s.16A of the Crimes Act as well as the abolition of remissions in Victoria as required by s.16G. Having given the matter anxious consideration I sentence you to be imprisoned for a period of two years on each count. Each sentence is to commence today and be served concurrently. I order that upon you giving security in the sum of $500 by recognisance that you will be of good behaviour for the period of two years, you be released after you have served three months.
I am obliged by s.16F of the Crimes Act to explain the sentence to you and do so in these terms. The purpose of the sentence is to reflect the gravity of the offences and to deter you and others who may be minded to commit similar offences but, having regard to the matters raised in mitigation, spare you the need to serve the full term of two years. After you have served three months you will then be released. Should you be of good behaviour for two years, that will be the end of the matter. On the other hand, should you reoffend within that period and break the recognisance you will be brought back to court with the distinct likelihood that you will then be required to serve some part of the balance of the term between the three months you would have served and the period of two years. There is also a right to apply to the court in the future to have your recognisance discharged or varied. You may be seated until the recognisance release order is prepared.

Like the Spam Act, the TPA is technology neutral and capable of addressing all commerce in both the online and offline environments.
Subsection 52(1) of the TPA relevantly provides that a corporation shall not, in trade or commerce, engage in conduct that is misleading or deceptive or likely to mislead or deceive. This could be utilised in some contexts where disclosing information would be involved. For example, a website that sells information on customers to others, notwithstanding that it has a privacy policy, could be liable for misleading and deceptive conduct.

Now you can see both the real IP addresses, and the fake ones he posted in the messages themeslves. All such messages have been saved and forwarded to the authorities. You can visit the actual forum to see for yourself, although click here to download a few of them for when Mark finally realizes his own stupidity and deletes the messages from the forum itself or changes the settings back so the real IPs are no longer displayed. I'd like to see Mark try and explain this deceptive and false advertising to a jury. How many Ion Salius are they, not many I presume and could someone else had written under his name to discredit me, such as Stefano. The post was actually genuinely placed on another message board. I do not have to explain myself to the likes of people like you, especially when you use a site created by someone as evidence against me. A site that has been fabricated to discredit me by a guy that has been imprisoned for writing similar stuff before!

** When Mark was cornered with various points discrediting him and proving his computer only worked on very rare biased wheels but not common unbiased (level) wheels, he stated he had now created DVDs where his computers were demonstrated for 4 straight hours with a running time clock and lava lamp in the background to prove footage was not edited. He also says he achieves a better than 1 in 20 hit rate AND that his computer is visible and you can actually see the number that is predicted to prove the prediction is not merely a voiceover. He says it is ready for sale and that he sold it to many people already. When numerous people asked to purchase it many times, he ignores the question every time. You can see all of this for yourself in his forum posts. It is one thing to say you have something, but another to actually have it. Mark, if your computer works on level wheels and the computer's predictions aren't simply voiceovers, where are the phantom DVDs? You ignore every request to purchase them but you state they are available. Why?
** Three professional gamblers visited Mark Howe for a demonstration in 2003. After a whole day of explanations and demonstrations, they concluded Mark was a fraud and they did not purchase. For starters, the demonstration was done on a wheel that's conveniently over 50 years old and very easy to beat and even after 8 or so hours of demonstrating, there was still no convincing proof. ** Mark has numerous DVDs demonstrating his computer (just not the ones he claims to have). In every one of them, his computer does not visibly display the predicted number - all you get is the computer's voice giving a prediction. An analysis on one DVD proved the actual predictions are simply voiceovers. This means while you see Mark clicking the button of his computer in his DVD, the actual predictions his computer announces are just added later to give the illusion that his computer is accurate. This gives you an idea of how clever this manipulator is. The DVD and analysis has been forwarded to the authorities.
Boy it's obvious you cant come up with explanations for everything, and when you try the excuses are pathetic. Just like the point below!:
** When Mark is exposed or asked to answer questions that reveal the truth about his computer, his tactics are to avoid the questions completely, or post other information to divert attention. When the questions are too persistent, he responds with blatant and obvious lies such as his staff being responsible for the posting of false reviews. Search the many forums with his spam to see for yourself. He is well known for avoiding questions.
Mark you are as readable as a big book with mighty big text. Since you cant read or write english well, the translation is "you are very predictable".

WOw, havent been down here in the basement for a while....Surprised to see that Mark and the rest of you are still carrying on like little women lol
At least this garbage isnt clogging up the main board...
Just for the record, I think you all are just about as stupid as Mark is......do you expect to get him to concede that his computer is crap?? Make better use of your time and go smash your head into a wall

lol not back Mark, more like just stopping in to see whats up.... Glad to see you havent lost your fire though
I myself am retired from roulette (at least til next summer) but plan on dropping in to say Hi every so often

All ther posts made at that site are copies of real posts or posts that I have written, nothing is fabricated or made up. How many Ion Salius are they, not many I presume and could someone else had written under his name to discredit me, such as Stefano. The post was actually genuinely placed on another message board. I do not have to explain myself to the likes of people like you, especially when you use a site created by someone as evidence against me. A site that has been fabricated to discredit me by a guy that has been imprisoned for writing similar stuff before!
